Buying cars from Used Car Dealerships?

Hi, I just want to know if you start a Used Car Dealership, can you buy other cars from other dealerships that sell used cars publically? And how much would you expect to spend on starting a Used Car Dealership? Thanks!
You can buy and sell from anyone. The difference is whether or not you have to charge them sales tax. Best to talk to a cpa and county clerk’s office about rules and requirements. Its basically the same as starting up a regular business, except you have to show proof of auto dealer insurance, zoning requirements met, sales tax id no#, and a bunch of other crap. Not to mention spending 1500-3500 per used vehicle.
