    get your car.

Look at the owner’s manual in the maintenance section. Learn how to do those tasks.

Usually you will start with oil and other fluid changes, and other random checks and changes from there.
    -oil change
    -tire pressure/rotating tires
    -engine air filter/cabin air filter
    -transmission/diff/coolant/power steering fluids
    -car washing and car detailing.
    then just go from there.

(brakes are a safety item, you better not fool around with those without formal guidance).

computer guy has the right idea, if you can, take the introductory Auto Tech courses at school or community college. At least get a Auto Tech textbook (or borrow from your library for free). Don’t try to learn the basics from the internet, use a book.

The manual to your car is your friend. It will tell you every thing you need to know.

The single most important thing is to change your oil regularly. It collects crud and circulates it around your engine. Yes, you have an oil filter but it doesn’t collect everything.

Your school may offer a class on introductory auto maintainance. If they don’t check with your local junior college.
