Have you ever noticed that between Japanese and German cars?

for german cars, you hear a “fine german” automobile, “trendy little” bmw, “brand new” mercedes’ though when you use those terms on Japanese cars, they just seem so wrong. fine japanese acura? trendy little lexus?
