What are your most expensive Classes Mercedes-Benz offers?

I know there are several classes Mercedes-Benz offers, but what is considered your top 5 most expensive ones? I know Mercedes has the SLR McLaren which is half a million dollars just for the car. Then of course the Maybach sedan. But what other classes are priced in 100 thousand margin?
the Maybachs can run up to $1 million or more
The SLR is $400,000 to $500,000
The SL63 is around $150,000 or more
The S class can be over $100,000 depending on model/options
The E63 and ML63 are just under $100,000 or right around there
